And the king said unto Esther at the banquet of wine, What is thy petition? and it shall be granted thee: and what is thy request? even to the half of the kingdom it shall be performed. Esther 5:6 KJV

Luck and chance doesn’t attract favour, deliberate actions backed up with genuine intentions attract the favours of God. Esther obtained favour, by intentionally declaring a three days fast in order to obtain favour from the king and to overturn the evil and wicked verdict of Haman, who intended to end the Jewish nation. Dearly beloved you can strategically position yourself to be favoured by God, if you do the right thing and not wait for moments to happen. People create moments and moments don’t create people. Be consciously involved in what will make God the omnipotent in your life.

The Number one thing to do in order to enjoy the favour of God, is by being completely dependent on God, a point where it can only be God or else I am finished. Where you are independent you’ll never enjoy favour, Esther said if I perish, I perish, she completely forgot herself and centred her being on God for the deliverance of her people and God rewarded her dependence on Him with favour. Number two is by being precise with what you want before God, and press to get it. Be intentional, be real and be prompt in responding to the demands that will attract favour, don’t delay nor think too much.

Prayer of the Day: Father give me the grace to respond at every point to the action that I need to take in Jesus name. I take authority over the lack of faith in Jesus’ name. I shall not trust any man for assistance in Jesus name. Amen! It is a new day for you and the favour of the LORD shall be your ever-abiding portion in all you do in Jesus Mighty name, amen.
